What is an Upgrade Item in World of Warcraft?
Upgrade items are items that can be added to weapons, armor and trinkets to increase their stats. You can get it by completing high-tier keystones dungeons.

Trainers will need an Upgrade to evolve Porygon into its final version, Porygon2. These unique evolution items are scarce and aren't available through spinning PokeStops or Gyms.
Components
In the field of computer technology the term "hardware" or software" refers to a hardware upgrade replaces an older version with a newer version with additional features or functions. Upgrades are generally performed to make a system faster and more reliable, or capable of handling greater amounts of data. Hardware upgrades could include storage devices like hard disk drives, processors, and motherboards. Computer upgrades must always be compatible with specifications of the computer being upgraded.
In Guild Wars 2, upgrade items are items that can be slotted into weapons, armor and trinkets to give an attribute bonus or another effect when the equipment is used. To be able to accept a component, an item must have a slot for an upgrade and be at an appropriate level.
Components can be purchased from vendors in Night City or obtained by disassembling items which don't function. They are also available for purchase from random locations around the globe. In contrast to weapons and equipment, components can be purchased from vendors even if they're not level-appropriate or high-leveled.
There are various kinds of components with universal upgrades (such as gemstones) that can be used in any equipment, and granting less bonuses than those that are type-restricted. item upgrade can only be used in trinkets. They also offer more bonus points than any other upgrade.
There are also inscriptions which are special upgrade items that can be placed in a trinket and can be used to add an experience multiplier. These are extremely beneficial for min/maxing a character because they are relatively inexpensive to purchase, however they do not stack with any other experience modifiers.
Infusions are a second kind of upgrade item that can be added to non-ascended and legendary armor, in addition to some non-legendary back items. You can recover them by using the tool for extraction of infusions or salvaging with the Ascended Rescue Tool. A crucial point to keep in mind is that upgrading an item using infusions can cause the item to have a unique name. For instance adding the Rune of Minor Vigor to an Tyrian Armor will cause it to display the name "Radiant Tyrian Armor." In the same way, an written inscription on a weapon will show up in its hover display as an Inscribed Weapon.
Glyphs
Glyphs are items that improve the specific substatus of a piece of gear. They can be found in a variety of places, however the most common is finishing Nightmare Dungeons or Helltides. They are also available through the Faction Crypts. Glyphs in the crypts will only be available to certain classes, so be sure to only claim the ones that apply to your character. You can use your Glyphs at the Glyph Altar in Teleria. This altar will boost your valued item that you have enchanted by a certain amount depending on the Glyph that you are using.
Generally, the glyphs you can choose from will provide a boost to your primary stat, however some may have additional effects like increasing healing, damage, or resistance. Glyphs are a great option to upgrade your equipment, however they can be difficult to acquire and use. The best way to ensure that you get the most benefit from your glyphs is to keep them updated regularly. The upgraded glyphs will be visible in your inventory.
Some dropped items come with an initial glyph that will automatically change when you upgrade the item. This is only applicable to glyphs that you manually created onto the item, and not the original enchantment. Glyphs that are automatically upgraded will always be higher quality than the glyph you hand-crafted on the item.
Glyphs are an important part of the crafting system. You can use them to convert a prefix on gloves, belts, or boots into an experimental affix. Glyphs aren't easy to find due to the RNG factor of their crafting. To assist players, we've created a Glyph of Insight crafting spreadsheet to aid.
Some tips for getting Glyphs faster include choosing shorter, simpler dungeons to complete such as Witchwater. This dungeon has a linear layout, making it easy to travel through and defeat enemies. Consuming health potion during the dungeons can speed up the process.
Rerolling
Rerolling is the procedure of replacing an upgrade item with a different one similar to it. It alters its stats, but doesn't change the item level or the slot for attachments of a unit. The price of the item will be determined by its rarity as well as its level. This can be done on rings, armors, and weapons.
Upgrade items are the accessories used to increase the power of units in Guild Wars 2. They are available in a wide variety and can improve several different characteristics. Upgrades boost the health, power of spells, and physical power of armors, weapons and rings. The upgrades also add various other abilities to the unit. The player can use a specific item by placing it on the portrait of the unit.
Recycling items fill up a progress bar, increasing the value of upgrading an item. Up to six items can be recycled at a time, and the amount of points accumulated to recycle increases with the rarity of the item and its level. The resulting upgrade will be random, and cannot be guaranteed.
Rerolling or not depends on the player's preference. Some players like to reroll to have a good set of strong characters to help carry their game while others may decide not to reroll as they prefer playing with their favourite character, regardless of their strength.
Rerolling is costly and requires lots of work and time, so it is important to weigh the advantages and disadvantages. Get advice from other players in case you aren't sure which rerolling method to use.
Playing regularly and accumulating many tokens will increase your chances of getting high-quality rerolls. You'll have enough tokens to buy replacement items for your upgrade, if necessary. You can also increase the chances of rerolling by playing the game at its highest difficulty. If you're having trouble finding an upgrade item that you can afford, try to play the game with the highest or even the toughest difficulty settings.
Sets
When an upgrade is placed on a set or a unique item, a bonus will be offered to the set. These bonuses can vary depending on the kind of upgrade. When an upgrade is placed on an armored set or ring, it'll give a bonus to def, whereas an upgrade to a weapon will increase the damage of the aoe.
Upgrades can be beneficial, but their effects aren't always the best. For instance, a high breaking point item with a high dps may not benefit in the same way from an upgrade when there's already a perfect or near perfect unupgraded version of the same item (whistan's shield for FB sorcs comes into mind). Likewise an item that adds value via its unique affixes may be very useful in its unupgraded form (goldwrap is a fantastic choice for casting dps).
To upgrade a gear set piece or weapon, players need to visit NPC [Armorto upgrade a weapon or set piece, players must visit NPC [Armor] Boboko in Central Flarine. The player will require 1 of three Power Dices - dice 4 6 or 12 droppable from monsters 21+ and Giants as well as the appropriate amount of Erons and Minerals. The player can reroll an item by pressing the green button, and circles that circle when in the items list.
This will replace the current item with a brand new item that has different extra stats. The base item will also change. This is a great option for those who want to maximize the use of their equipment as they can boost the defense roll to the maximum or the affixes of the base item, or even swap the base item with another from the same upgrade category.
